I think this weekend will be full of people falling. Do you have arnica gel to put on the swollen bits? We had to go to Walmart for it (which I deplore, I do *not* want to give those people money) but it's been worth it for us.
I found moving around *gently* was a big help loosening things up, but I couldn't depend on things for power movements. Take care of yourself!
